CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?
Tickets are nonrefundable; however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email conference@sidewalkadvocates.org with the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?
We welcome children! If your child is school age, you may purchase a discounted ticket with the code “STUDENT.” If your child is under 5, no ticket is required.
CAN MEN ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
Yes! This year, we are excited to announce that we have added additional tracks and amazing content that is great for pro-life women AND men. All are welcome!

where should i stay during the conference?
We recommend staying at the venue hotel where a discount hotel block is available.

HOW SHOULD I PACK FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Our conference is very casual. We want you to be comfortable! You may want to bring a light sweater as sometimes the meeting rooms can be chilly when sitting for a period of time.
what is the schedule for the weekend and do I NEED TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE FOR BREAKOUT TRACKS?
The full schedule of events, including Conference presentations will be available under the Conference/ Schedule menu item on this site.
You do not need to sign up for breakout tracks in advance.
HOW CAN I BE A SPEAKER AT YOUR CONFERENCE?
You can submit your request to speak at the conference until February 15 using our speaker submission form here. Our team chooses the content for the conference and the speakers are selected based on what the team decides should be presented. For your consideration: We do not pay speakers. Everyone who speaks at our conference pays their own airfare and accommodations.
I CANNOT ATTEND THE CONFERENCE. WILL YOU OFFER LIVESTREAMING OF THE EVENT?
We do not offer livestreaming. Our conference is in-person only.
does my conference registration include the gala & activism event?
A 3-day conference ticket ($149) includes the Activism Event, but does not include a gala ticket. You may, however, purchase a Weekend Package, which includes the Conference, Activism Event, and a discount ticket to the Gala (VIP package: $399 or Standard package: $274).
